Shipping

Due to the sizing and weight of the product, shipping rates may vary depending on quantity and location.

For Sydney Metro, shipping is calculated at the current rate presented on the product page or checkout page.

All orders are delivered via a third-party courier service or directly through Proview Aluminium Scaffold.

We ship our products within Australia only.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time frame, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Returns / Warranty Policy

At [Company Name], we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.

1. The client must check and inspect the goods on delivery and notify Proview Aluminium Scaffolding of any product defect in writing within seven (7) business days of receiving the product
2. If a customer wishes to return a product due to “change of mind” the goods must be returned to Proview Aluminium Scaffolding in the original packaging within seven days of the purchase. Any refunds issued will be in accordance to the payment method received during the purchase.
3. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning their scaffold.
4. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the scaffold.
5. If the scaffold is deemed to be defective upon inspection, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at no cost to the customer.
6. If the scaffold is damaged during shipping, the customer must notify the manufacturer within 48 hours of receiving it to file a claim.
7. The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
8. The manufacturer reserves the right to void the warranty if the scaffold has been modified or used in an unsafe manner.
9. The manufacturer’s warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
10. To make a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty, the customer must provide proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the invoice or receipt).
11. All returns or refunds due to change of mind will incur a 10% handling fee before the refund.
